MedPro Healthcare Staffing’s philanthropic organization, MedPro Gives, is pleased to announce its $1,553 charitable donation to Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation. Every month, MedPro Healthcare Staffing sponsors a charity for its “Cocktails for Charity” Friday happy hour initiative. Each employee can freely donate or purchase one happy hour drink toward the charity of the month.
SSARF has been helping abused and neglected animals in South Florida since 2014. A not-for-profit 501(c)(3), SSARF is dedicated to changing animals’ lives through educational programs and community action. Hundreds of thousands of dogs and cats are admitted to Florida shelters each year. The majority of strays brought in never reunite with their families. SSARF holds youth education programs and provides microchip scanners and training to police departments to help reunite lost animals with their pet parents and keep them out of local shelters.
