Transportation:

The Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) provides bus service within the Colorado Springs City limits and into Manitou Springs, Chapel Hills Mall, and the Widefield area. The ZEB free downtown shuttle runs along Tejon Street with pickups every 7−10 minutes, depending on the day and time.

Gods is known for its red rock formations and exceptional views.

Shopping From University Village, which offers popular favorites such as Kohl’s, Petco, and Trader Joe’s, to the upscale Promenade Shops at Briargate, there are plenty of shopping opportunities for all occasions. Shoppers can also visit Chapel Hills Mall, The Citadel, and First & Main Town Center.

Glen Eyrie Castle Built in 1871, the castle has 17 guest rooms, 24 fireplaces, and two dining halls. Take a tour of the castle and grounds or enjoy tea in the historic Castle Music Room and Library.

Estes Park Another favorite of outdoor enthusiasts is Estes Park, a popular summer resort and Rocky Mountain National Park headquarters. Hiking, whitewater rafting, skiing and snowshoeing, horseback riding, off-roading, biking, climbing, golfing, and fishing are all popular activities depending on the time of year.

United States Airforce Academy Embark on a self-guided tour of the 18,500-acre campus and take in the breathtaking mountain panoramas, visit the planetarium, cheer on the team in a sporting event, and more at the United States Airforce Academy.

Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center Located in Colorado College, the fine arts center hosts major international traveling and changing exhibitions featuring works from the FAC’s permanent collection. The center also features a theater and art school.

Pikes Peak Pikes Peak is the highest summit of the southern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Located in Pike National Forest, Pikes Peak is just a short 30-minute drive from downtown Colorado Springs.
