We will work with you to understand your capabilities and personal preferences to secure a fitting assignment at one of our client sites across the U.S. You will receive a premium hourly wage and periodic pay raises. Top Salary

Minimum starting salary of $32 per hour plus $1 raise at 12, 18, and 30 months. In addition, receive an additional $5 raise once you complete 6,000 productive hours.

Sign-On Bonus up to $7,000

Sign-on bonus up to $7,000 with pay out commencing at the start of your U.S. assignment.

MedProU^® consists of a team of expert educators delivering training through live instruction, web-assisted training, and home-based learning.

As a MedPro International Registered Nurse, you will be enrolled in MedProU® at no additional cost.

MedProU^® PREPARING YOU FOR SUCCESS IN THE U.S.

Comprehensive Clinical Training

While in Sunrise, Florida you will practice in our state-of-the-art skills lab where we will facilitate trainings to assist in your adaptation to U.S. nursing practices. You will attend courses led by MedProU,^®’s in-house instructors to secure the certifications necessary to practice in the U.S., including ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Through our partnership with the Florida Atlantic University Clinical Skills Simulation Center, your skills will be validated for clinical procedures common in the U.S. You will practice multiple simulation scenarios with the use of a high-fidelity manikin. These simulations will help you develop critical thinking skills important for your success in the U.S.

Professional and English Exam Preparation

MedProU^® will provide you the necessary training to pass your NCLEX-RN and IELTS exams. MedProU® proudly has the highest NCLEX-RN pass rates in the industry!

U.S. Assimilation

During Orientation in our Sunrise, Florida office our team of U.S. Assimilation Instructors will provide training on numerous topics to help you transition to US life. That includes subjects such as: finances and budgeting, U.S. cultural differences, practical life skills, selecting and negotiating terms for housing, and childcare considerations.

MedProU^® Orientation for Nurses

Before deploying to your assignment location, all MedPro International Registered Nurses are flown from your home country to our corporate office to attend MedProU® Orientation. Our office is located in Sunrise, Florida, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. During Orientation, you will get to meet all the MedPro International U.S. team members you worked with overseas. MedPro International will provide modern housing and daily transportation to and from the MedPro office, and anywhere else you are required to go.
