The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for August 2023, providing the latest information on visa statuses.
The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 priority dates retrogressed to May 1, 2020. Candidates with a priority date of May 1, 2020, or earlier can proceed with a visa appointment. There may be additional retrogressions until October 1. However, at that point, dates are expected to move forward. The final action date for China is now June 1, 2019, and India’s is January 1, 2009.
Each month the visa bulletin is issued, showing which green card applications can move forward based on the date their petition was filed.
