The U.S. Department of State released the July Visa Bulletin providing the latest information on visa statuses.
The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 priority dates have been retrogressed to February 1, 2022, effective July 1, 2023. Candidates with a priority date of February 1, 2022, or earlier can proceed with a visa appointment. There may be additional retrogressions until October 1. However, at that point, dates are expected to move forward. The final action date for China remains April 1, 2019, and India’s was retrogressed to January 1, 2009.
Each month the visa bulletin is issued, showing which green card applications can move forward based on the date their petition was filed.
