The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for May 2023, providing the latest information on visa statuses. MedPro International Explorers awaiting word on their green card status will notice a slight change.
The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 priority dates were retrogressed to June 1, 2022, a slight shift of less than a year. Candidates with a priority date of June 1, 2022, or earlier can proceed with a visa appointment. The final action date for China progressed five months to April 1, 2019, while India remained June 15, 2012.
Each month the visa bulletin is issued, showing which green card applications can move forward based on the date their petition was filed.
