Good news for MedPro International Explorers awaiting word on their green card status, the U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for November, providing the latest information on visa statuses.
All countries remain current in the EB2 and EB3 Visa categories except India and China. Both countries are still retrogressed in most employment-based categories. India is taking EB3 cases from July1, 2012, and China is taking EB3 cases from July 15, 2018. Each month the visa bulletin is issued, showing which green card applications can move forward based on the date their I-140 petition was filed.
