The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for October 2023, providing the latest information on visa statuses. This is the first Visa Bulletin for the fiscal year. Explorers are encouraged to continue complying with all requests, documents, and completing applications so their certifications, licensure applications, and credential applications can move through the process.
Good news. The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 priority dates were moved up to December 1, 2021. Candidates with a priority date of December 1, 2021, or earlier can proceed with a visa appointment. The final action date for China is now January 1, 2020, while India’s moved to May 1, 2012.
