The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for September 2023, providing the latest information on visa statuses. This is the final Visa Bulletin for the fiscal year. Dates are expected to move forward starting in October, the beginning of the new fiscal year, and additional visas should become available. Explorers are encouraged to continue complying with all requests, documents and completing applications so their certifications, licensure applications, and credential applications can move through the process.
The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 priority dates remain on May 1, 2020. Candidates with a priority date of May 1, 2020, or earlier can proceed with a visa appointment. The final action date for China is now September 1, 2019, while India’s remains January 1, 2009.
The visa bulletin is issued each month, showing which green card applications can move forward based on the date their petition was filed.
