MedPro International Therapists are charged at an all-inclusive bill rate. MedPro International handles all aspects of recruitment and licensure to deliver a qualified MedPro International Therapist to your facility with no up-front costs to you.
Our dedicated Licensure & Immigration Guides lead our foreign-educated therapists
through every step of the process to secure the necessary professional licensure and U.S. work authorization, at no cost to you!
Each MedPro International Therapist is enrolled in our proprietary education program, MedProU®, where they undergo professional exam preparation and both comprehensive clinical and U.S. assimilation training.
MedPro International Therapists are registered into our Elevate program, where training and education is tailored to meet their specific needs. If the clinician is a physical therapist, they are enrolled in our transitional DPT program. Through our partnership with an accredited University, they obtain a U.S. DPT in order to meet U.S. immigration standards. Our team of MedProU® educators prepares physical therapists for their NPTE, occupational therapists for their NBCOT and both professionals for their English exams required for U.S. licensure and immigration.
Some of our clinical courses for physical therapists include BLS, coding and billing, G-Codes, and functional limitation reporting training. Courses for occupational therapists include BLS, performance evaluation, goal setting, adaptive equipment and occupational therapy evaluation and re-evaluation codes. Both physical and occupational therapists also practice in MedProU®’s state-of-the art skills lab as part of their clinical training. MedPro International Occupational Therapists also learn about U.S. occupational therapy settings, documentation, and clinical training components, as well as other skills necessary for a successful career in the U.S.

MedPro International’s dedicated teams, partner with our clients to provide on-going support to ensure a mutually successful relationship for both you and the MedPro International Therapist.
We take a personalized approach with each client to ensure we understand your culture and practices so that we can prepare our therapist to be successful within your organization. The following teams will be with you and the MedPro International Therapist every step of the way.
Personal Journey Guides: Each MedPro International Therapist is assigned a Personal Journey Guide as their primary contact throughout their employment with MedPro. The Personal Journey Guide maintains regular contact to ensure each MedPro International Therapist is settling into their new community and acclimating well to the job. The Personal Journey Guide collaborates with the therapist to identify their long-term goals and documents them in their Personal Development Plan. The Personal Journey Guide routinely revisits these goals with the therapist to ensure they stay on track to accomplish their goals.
Clinical Nurse Liaisons: MedPro employs clinical nurse liaisons who help ensure MedPro International Therapists continue to develop and utilize their skills to provide excellent patient care. If the therapist requires remediation in a specific clinical area, a nurse liaison works with the therapist, preceptor, and clinical team at your organization to help the therapist perfect those skills.
Human Resources: Our Human Resources Department is here to answer questions MedPro International Therapists have regarding their employee benefits, including group insurance.
Payroll: Our Payroll Department is responsible for getting MedPro International Therapists paid accurately and timely each week. A Payroll Guide is assigned to answer all timesheet and payroll questions the therapist may have.
Credentialing: Our Credentialing Department works with clients and MedPro International Therapists to ensure professional certifications and other employment-related credentials remain current.
Relocation: When it is time for a MedPro International Therapist to relocate to your facility, our Relocation Department assists with the process, including identifying and securing housing and providing resources and guidance to help each settle into their new community.
